Return form

If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days following the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, designs must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that returns are postmarked within the 14-day return deadline. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will either be sent back to you, or a fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the expense of cleaning or repair. Please note that all designs that are customized at your request are final sale. Shipping for returns is free.

For domestic orders, the return label is already included in the package.

If your order was placed outside Germany, please fill out the return form below to receive a return label. Please note that in the case of a lost delivery in transit, we kindly ask you to take responsibility for locating it.
