PETRA LOUISE BRÄUTIGAM
Mother of our founder and architect
MARTA’s foundation lays in generational bonds and the profound intimacy of human connections. With this concept in mind, we are delighted to introduce Muse, Petra Louise Bräutigam—a woman whose influence has been integral to MARTA’s story. Petra Louise, mother of MARTA founder Emilia Bräutigam, inspired a deep appreciation for design, fine jewelry, and the power of female independence and entrepreneurship in her daughter from an early age.
As the mind behind EmiLu, a renowned design hotel in Stuttgart, Petra Louise brings inspiration, atmosphere, and creativity to life every day. Drawing from her personal travels and museum visits around the world, she continues to shape spaces where design and emotion come together.

HANNAH ZENGER
Stuttgart-based Artist
We are pleased to present our second Muse, the Stuttgart-based artist Hannah Zenger. Hannah’s creations, which oscillate between architecture and art are a source of pure inspiration. Her scientific and poetic works delve into the transformation of natural elements, resulting in highly aesthetic pieces characterized by their minimalist yet vibrant appearance. Every encounter with the artist and her art affirms her sensitivity to materials and details, subtly exuded with style, consistency, and self-assurance. We are thankful to name Hannah one of our Muses.
